Yoga Sessions

The villa is very conducive to yoga and relaxing. Natalie our guest relations manager can arrange yoga sessions at the villa, which is a great way to rejuvenate yourself and align with tranquil energy of the villa.

Massage

We can arrange a massage service at the villa. This can be arranged as a single session or several sessions, back to back for your family or party.

Jacqueline

Both Jacqueline and Ramon have over 15 years experience as professional massage therapists. They employ different techniques of deep tissue and Swedish massage, have there unique ways of dealing with tight muscle and knots.

We can arrange for personal training sessions at the villa. The villa is well equipped with Bowflex weight system . Jodie our trainer can train individually or in a group, and caters for all different levels of training. See our Gym for more details.

Jodie Williams is our villa gym instructor. He has undertaken his degree in Physical Education from Barbados Community College.

Jodie loves to train clients to build self confidence and promoting a healthy lifestyle. He undertakes all forms of training from cardo, aerobic and anaerobic. Jodie can train at all different levels

Full Time / Extra Housekeeping Support, Child Minding & Baby Sitting

Tameka Thomas is the live in house keeper on the villa premises. She stays in the annex attached to the main Villa. Tameka is a mother of four children, who reside in Jamaica.

Tameka is a loving and caring person. Being a mother herself she is more than capable to provide baby sitting services. Sometimes we find parents want a break and treat themselves for a nice evening meal, or to have their children supervised near the pool. Tameka would be more than happy to help support you in the care of your children.

US$25 / hour or US$120 / day

Full time day Housekeeping would not include meal preparation (except breakfast). Please see our full board menu options for a full meal service.

Natalie Clarke our guest relations manager, also has a family business running “Bike Caribbean”.

If you are looking for an exclusive outing on a beautiful Catamaran, The Cat & Fiddle is perfectly suited to a day of pampering, food and dinning. Being a shared charter it is affordable.
