The above rates do not include a 10% Barbados Government Levy on the full booking value and a 3.8% Transactional Service Fee (this fee is waived for payments made via bank transfer). Additionally, there is a cleaning fee of $395. Each booking requires a $1,000 security deposit, which is refundable (provided the villa is left free of any property or villa vehicle damage). The property accommodates a maximum of 6 guests and requires a minimum stay of 4 nights. For bookings between 20 December and 4 January (Christmas/New Year), the minimum booking value is US$10,000, excluding the aforementioned taxes and fees.
RATES MAY BE SUBJECT TO CHANGE ABOVE ON APPLICATION, ESPECIALLY DURING BARBADOS CROP OVER, EASTER WEEK AND ANY OTHER HIGHLY DEMANDED PERIODS. WE MAY UPLIFT OUR RATES TO MATCH THE DEMAND AND ONLINE PRICE ENGINES.
The number of people include children (but exclude infants that require a cot)
Cot is provided at US$35/night, complementary High Chair.
Booking Policies
To confirm your booking, a 50% deposit is required. This deposit is fully refundable if you cancel at least 60 days before your stay, though a $400 administration fee will be deducted. The balance, which is the remaining 50% of the booking cost, must be paid 60 days before your stay commences. Please note that if you cancel within 60 days of the start of your stay, no refunds will be issued for any payments made.

Villa Vehicles
Vehicles will carry US$1,000 excess/deductible on any damage. US$35/car cleaning fee.
Any excess/deductible will be charged against the villa security deposit.
